Rick Beck
Chief Executive Officer
Rick brings over 30 years of experience in operational leadership to the CPRS team. He has a fierce passion for translating audit objectives into tangible actions to achieve client goals. Just ask Rick. There are no problems, just solutions waiting to be found. His tenacious commitment to finding solutions keeps his batteries charged, which is good because he needs that little extra energy to support his passion for mountain biking and trail running.
Tammi Meyers
Senior Vice President, Operations
Tammi, our resident taskmaster, loves keeping things “on track.” It’s a talent that not only requires tenacity but also remarkable balancing skills—ensuring exceptional client service while continuing to respect the supplier. Her years in the industry, including 20 years at CPRS, have honed her ability to get things “back on track” asap. Weekends, especially in the summer, look for Tammi and her family as they explore the Pacific Northwest in their RV.
JoAnne Murphy
Vice President, Contract Compliance
JoAnne’s tenacious spirit and thirst for excellence has played an important role in developing the Contract Compliance Group at CPRS. Starting out as Director of the Oil & Gas Group, JoAnne’s forward-seeing, discrepancy discovering, anomaly eradicating superpowers have propelled her into her current leadership role as Vice President of Contract Compliance. JoAnne carries a sense of ownership into everything she does and freely shares her knowledge and insights with her team. Her favorite place to unwind is Greece, καλημερα φιλοι μου!
Daniel Berg
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Dan plays a leading role in establishing the overall growth strategy here at CPRS. Dan capitalized on his tenacious thinking to lead CPRS through its first acquisition back in 2015 ─ which expanded our service offerings to include Contract Compliance. Dan embodies the traits of sleeve rolling, deep digging and extraordinarily strategist as he works to enhance the tailored services CPRS has become known for. Dan never stops looking for the best path forward, whether on behalf of his clients or schussing down the slopes.
Jeff Heyel
Vice President, Tax
Jeff’s tenacious traits define him as a pensive and persistent problem solver, a transparent and trustworthy team member, and a lifelong learner. (He also appreciates alliteration.) With two decades of state and local tax auditing experience, Jeff has executed and managed custom audit programs that have resulted in impressive tax overpayment recoveries and future tax savings. Between building long-term client savings, Jeff enjoys training for 5Ks with his three kids.
George Worts
Vice President, Information Technology
With over 30 years of IT experience (including over 25 within the audit world), George brings a tenacious spirit to the table every day. His industry savvy is rivaled only by his successful team building and mentoring, helping customers reach their peak performance while maintaining a positive work-life balance. George’s life balance includes spending as much time as possible with his family hiking, snowshoeing and photographing the beautiful Colorado mountains.
Scot Fordyce
Enterprise Architect and Product Owner
Scot’s tenacious foundation in IT is 40 years and counting, developing hardware and software for a wide variety of industries along the way. With a passion for startup enterprises and small-to-medium companies, he has participated in creating state-of-the-art systems and applications as well as building enterprise caliber teams. Scot enjoys spending time with his family skiing (both on snow and on water) and pretty much any other type of sporting activity.
Gilbert Ramirez
Vice President, Retail Operations
Gilbert brings 30 plus years of experience in Retail Merchandise, Accounts Payables, and Recovery Audit Services. Gilbert has successfully developed and managed large-scale audits in the USA & Internationally. His talents have served clients in Mass Merchandise, Membership Wholesale Club, Grocery, Home Improvement, & Fashion. Gilbert’s most recent success story is providing near Real Time Audit Support for a large grocer. When not at the office, Gilbert enjoys jogging, golf, hiking, sporting events, and family time.
